Well I’ve tried many times to fix this error and now my desperation has led me here. Perhaps I can simply explain my error to you and you can then decide what you want from me.
The picture on top is a screenshot of what I’m trying to create. The 2 screens on the bottom are my attempt to reproduce what I see on the top. My problem comes when the game starts doing it’s own thing. (Right here we call it having a '“behavior”. Well, I don’t like “behaviors” because they remind me of the places I’ve been.) Well enough of that , I’d would just like to figure out what’s going on. I’m sorry to just leave you screenshots, but I can do whatever you like. I’m completely lost.

To see what the game is doing when it “does it’s own thing”, look for methods like Start() and Awake() in your C# files that you show. Double click on them to open them up in your editor to check. These will likely be the first methods to execute. You are not showing any error, like you mention in your text.
Would help if you mention the specific error you are complaining about. Nothing jumps out obvious to me from the screen shots.
If you’re trying to tell us that your box is jumping up when you hit play without doing anything, then you probably have the box inside the collider of the floor and the physics system is kicking up. Just guessing since you don’t want to spell out your problem.
