i’m happy with asset store sales but i began to sale my music on other royaltyfree marketplaces too. i’m here since 18 months and I am realizing that the original prices i set for my music here in the asset store are waaaay lower than other marketplaces, and some of my music could really have an understimated price.
So, i was thinking about raising the prices of some of my assets (of 5-10$) , in particular the “collections” of several tracks such as my metal loops (16 loops at 20$), metal clips (45 metal logos/stingers at 15$), ancient kingdom (3 orchestral tracks and several very short fantasy cuts at 10$) and tales from the forgotten lands (7 orchestral tracks at 25$) . it’s not a big incease but maybe it will help my income… this will reflect also on the bundles prices, since each of the packages mentioned above is included in several bundles i have placed on the asset store.
I’m still happy about being here and it’s giving me a lot of satisfaction but i really began to think that my music was way underpriced here in the asset store…
… and the other reason for the price increase idea is that I will marry my girlfriend this autunm… so maybe i hope in an extra income from the increased prices… 
do you have some experience in changing prices in the asset store on existing assets?? did you experience some significant variation in sales?
having said this, i think i will change the price maybe in mid-june / july, so if you are interested in purchasing the music now, you will maybe save some buck… in any case i think i will make an “announce” here in the forum, warning about price increase on some assets (of course not on all of them… single tracks/songs and SFX will maintain the current price )
…and if you write me an email with your invoice number I will still send you, free of charge, the new asset i will publish.
