I'm wondering how to make a landing animation

I have a piece of code that plays a landing animation when I hit the ground after a jump which works but after the first jump it is stuck on the first frame of the animation ( I unchecked can transition to itself). 181288-screenshot-2021-05-27-134410.png

if(isGrounded == true)
{
     if(spawnLanding == true)
     {
          anim.SetBool("Land", true);
          spawnLanding = false;
     }
}
else
{
     spawnLanding = true;
}

I assume you called anim.SetBool(“Land”, true); in a Update() method, which causes the trigger to keep reenter the Jumping. Put it somewhere else or prevent it being called endlessly if it satisfies the jumping condition.
