Imitate blender lights in unity

I wanted to have lights on my model but i cant recreate a blender like light and was wondering if there was a way to do this, here is what I want to create:

& here is what the unity version of it looks like (i tried tweaking it but couldnt find it to work):

It looks like the material could be quite shiny. Have you tried lowering the smoothness?

You might also want to look into lightmapping.
