Implementing In-App Purchasing without Google services when publishing to third-party stores?

Hello,

Google recently terminated my developer account for me allegedly publishing an app that contained malware (though the application got “Verified by Play Protect”?!) and when I sent an appeal, they kept sending me the same emails over and over with absolutely no way to negotiate, anyways…

I would like to know now that I’m working on an Android game and will hopefully publish it to Amazon’s AppStore and Huawei’s AppGallary, is there’s a way to implement In-App Purchasing without relying on Google Services?
