How on earth do you update your editor content? Do you need to completely upload the application again?
And what about actual software updates? Do you need to completely upload the whole application, and wait for unity’s supervision, all over again?
This might be better in the asset store part of the forum, but…
If you are talking about updating a package that you already have up and selling on the asset store, then yes, just repeat the same steps and the asset store windows should help you through it. You will already have your description, json files, etc… You should only need to change the version number and post a description of changes… and yes, UT will have to test it again. But that makes sense, no?
Thanks for the reply. It does make sense, but it’s counter intuitive to upload the whole content when you just need to update a description. Not talking about Unity’s staff supervision in fact, just about the whole upload thing. In fact, even the tool recognizes when you’re just doing ‘aesthetic’ changes if you upload with the same store version!
Oh, I missed that. Is it just the description?
I think you can simply update that in the info window provided by the asset store tools.
