Hi everybody,
I have a question more delving into the realms of licences then tech support. So if this is the wrong place to ask this question then my apologies in advance.
I’m currently leading a team of Indies to make a non-project game prototype demo for the use of portfolio development. We work online and communicate via e-mails and msn.
One of the programmers on the team, who for which I provided an Unity Indie licence for has gone up and vanished. Whether he has simply lost his internet connection or just gone up and left I do not know. He was involved in other projects other then my own and he’s vanished from then as well. It’s apparent at this stage that whatever his circumstance. He’s no longer in a capacity to work on this project.
What I want to do is to re-obtain the licence number I gave him to use and give it to someone else who is on the project and needs it. The licence was purchased in my name and card. So would it be a matter of letting Unity know that the licence number in question needs to be reset? or can I just give this number to the new worker without needing to contact unity?
Thus far i’ve been very strict on making sure only one person uses one licence number. And I’d like to keep it that way.
Cheers,
Chris Watts.
