Imported FBX with materials doesn't interact with lighting

Trying to understand what is happening.
I have an FBX file with many textures and materials which all seem to map correctly to their meshes.

The problem is my FBX ALWAYS appears lit, even when NO lighting is present, and the corollary that changing any lighting has NO effect on the FBX mesh and materials.

I’ve tried changing the FBX to static, enabling and disabling both Realtime and Mixed Lighting, but no difference!
Is there something wrong with my materials or FBX import settings(attached)? Or am I possibly missing Normals? If the latter, is there a way to display Normals on imported meshes?

A screen of how the object looks would be nice.

Making random guesses: If you change Normal from Import to another that calculates them, does it change anything?

Also, how do the material settings look?
