Imported sprite assets looks different in Unity

Hey, somebody know why all of my sprite assets looks different in Unity? How i can fix it?
This is how my hero looks like in any graphic editor:

And how it looks like in Unity:

Look at that chunk on his head top left, what is it? How to fix it?

Settings of main sprite file:

unity3dgraphics

Try turning off compression perhaps?
