Ok so importing @animation works fine if you have everything in the one folder. Great.
But… now there are 100+ animations in one folder and its painful to work with.
Is there a way to a way put @animations in sub folders for organisation and have Unity still recognise them.
One of the guys here created a script that would search and apply animations in the current and any sub folders which works a dream at adding the animation, unfortunately Unity truncates the hierarchy of the FBX (bone animation only)files such that it renders them useless.
Needless to say I moved the 100+ animations back into the one gigantic unruly folder which is a pain in the butt to manage.
Hey Unity! How about support animations in @character sub-folders as well so large projects can organise data more efficiently.
