Importing autocad solid into 3ds max

I have 3D solid block in autoCAD 2011 with chamferedges, now i’m trying to import it in 3dsmax when my solid blocks are imported in 3dsmax 2011 my block are deformed. what should i do to maintain it to its original shape?!

Try NPower Solids. It gives pretty tessellation results.
