Sometimes, almost randomly when I try to save my scripts and return to the editor, I´m stuck in an infinite loop of loading, nothing?
I´ve tried deleting the Library folder, even reinstalling the new Input System package but nothing does the trick.
when i clicked into blank to clear the inspector window, seemed to work for me

This sounds like a bug. Could you please report it as a bug through the editor, “Help > Report a Bug” and make sure you upload the “Logs” folder of your project? Thank you 
Just wanted to state for those maybe looking for this … jan 2025 and still seemingly an issue. Unsure if it’s been resolved and it’s just a me issue. Unity 6
Update on the bug report: No one has looked into it yet.
I suggest updating Unity and Rider/Visual Studio, Unity doesn‘t update their older version so use LTS when you occur an unusable bug.
