Importing package looks like it wants to delete my whole project

Howdy,
I am testing out 2019.3b and as part of the upgrade process I need to upgrade my version of steamworks.net

I went to import their most recent package and this is what the package manager is showing me. It has every fill in my project marked for delete. Any ideas what is going on?

Hi,
That’s a known issue and we have a fix that will be part of 2019.3.0f2 (next week). Unity Issue Tracker - Asset Importer tags user added files with DELETE tag in Package Import window when package contains same folder name
