I’ve never found an answer to this: I am modelling my objects in Blender, now the version 2.57, and still when I export in either .3ds, or .Fbx, or .Obj … the geometry is ok, but the texture in Unity is totally wrong… … so…
when I export the file in Blender I make sure to export the normals, and the UV mapping, and triangulate the geometry…so… why still I can’t see my objects as I can see in under Blender?!
What it seems to me is that whenever, In Blender, I create a Material, with texture and Tube-mapping, at Render time is fine, but actually no-UVMapping is created. … so I am still wondering what’s my mistakes. hard to me to show you all the parameters.
Did you calculate normals?, sometimes you need to enter edit mode, select all the faces, duplicate them and flip the duplicated normals… then try to export your object…
