Importing unity packages crashes the system

I really don’t know how to name this. I imported Stealth project and updated Standard Assets from asset store and when they finished downloading everything exploded in my computer, a gazillion of windows popup and made the system to freeze. It was like something in the process of importing the package forced the system to display every window of the running processes in the system: antivirus, asus laptop helpers, nvidia settings, even the little window with hidden icons from windows taskbar was up and impossible to close.
While this is not a critical error (I managed to import the packages in the end) did scare the crap out of me because I thought I got a virus. It isn’t a virus, i did a scan and it only happens when I import something from asset store.
I use Windows 7 64 Pro (with latest updates) on an Asus i7 laptop and unity is 4.6.1.
Couldnt take a screenshot because everything was frozen, but I am thinking to make a new test and use the phone.

Ok, this has happen again today when i tried to import Unity Asset Store - The Best Assets for Game Making. It seems it happens after the package is decompressed. Tried the second time to import the package and it worked.

Needless to say in those open windows there where invisible windows. There is a movie made with phone with some of the not suppose to see windows, if any developer is interested.

same problem here

you should put this on unity awnsers

I will if this happen again.
