Impossible to Publish Unusually Large Unity Microgame

I am in the process of completing the tutorial about microgames here, but when I got to step 5 and is trying to publish my Karting Racing microgame in WebGL, it took an unusually long time of 1 hour and 30 minutes to build the project. After it has finished building, the file was 10.59 GB, making it impossible to publish to Unity Play and complete the tutorial, since the maximum size is 200.0 MB. I have tried publishing the FPS microgame with the same process of trying to do the tutorial, and it also became a gigantic 10.59 GB file that is impossible to be published.

How do I make it so that the file is smaller and is able to be published to Unity Play so I can finish this tutorial? Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
