(IN-56966)[1.1.0-exp.1] Extremely high GPU usage at URP

GPU Performance still need more extreme optimization. Currently it’s still extremely slow at mobile platform specially Android. At Android Mi 9T Pro (Snagdragon 855), GPU stalling is around 13ms+.I also attached 2022.3 and 2021.3 backported projects for official to do performance testing if required.

And also official mentioned that it’s higher performance to use shader graph but after I changed material to shader graph, it’s still the same performance compares with regular urp lit material.

Based on my tests, a significant performance regression was introduced in URP 14, which has resulted in cutting fragment-shading performance in half compared to URP 13 in a real-world project I am currently working on.
