When using the center property on SphereCollider, CapsuleCollider or BoxCollider the z-axis offset is flipped on the generated visionOS colliders. This is likely due to the recent change that no longer flips meshes on the z-axis.
This is still an issue in 0.6.2. It makes it very difficult to select some objects, because their RealityKit collider is offset from the geometry. What is the timeline for a fix?
