(IN-89991) Both current and next clip info of Animator is null even IsInTraision is true

Hi. I found that both Animator.GetCurrentAnimatorClipInfoCount() and GetNextAnimatorClipInfoCount() return 0 in some situation.

Even Animator is playing some animations, its clip info count is zero.

Reported as IN-89991.
