in-between animation between 2 frames

Exported a FBX from blender with animation. In Blender Frame1 Scale 0, Frame2 Scale 1
Meanwhile in Unity during the preview there seems to be animation between frame 1 & 2 as shown below.


What I’m trying to get is below

Is there a way to get this? Or if there’s a way to have the whole animation ( scene includes multiple shapekeys on different objects and normal keys like translation,scale,rotation ) as one clip in Unity I would love that solution too as I was requested to do that.

Does anyone have a answer why scale interpolates in between frames but translate does not?
