In my project, I used two or three terrains for each scene (i've got 4 scenes) as the size of terrain I couldn't change. Would that be a problem in my game, using more than one terrain in each scene?,

It should be fine to youse multiple terrains in a scene I don’t see what could go wrong. But the best way to find out Is to test it
