It looks like that video is using a sprite sheet. It’s the same as when you drew a little guy on the all the corners of a notebook in Study Hall in school, and flipped through it.

A spritesheet is just a bunch of regular pictures. Can make it in Photoshop, or Blender … any picture program. Not MSPaint, since you probably need to set transparency.

I think the guy made the video for artists, maybe. So he figured you know what a spritesheet is, and have the skills to make it look nice. Now you want Unity to use it.
