  • I did:
    • downgrade
    • upgrade
    • All sdk install
    • Copy aapt.exe to platform, platforms, tools
    • Change the JDK from 64 bit to 32 bit
    • Downgrade GPGSA is 0.9.21, 0.9.15, 0.9.12 (and upgrade to latest v. 0.9.27)

After removing GPGSA and removing Assets / Plugins can rebuild the APK.

And I have no more ideas.

GPGS + AdMob

Solve:

Delete “OnPostprocessAllAssets” method from BackgroundResolution.cs

Delete “string clientDir = “Assets/Plugins/Android/google-play-services_lib”;
GPGSUtil.DeleteDirIfExists(clientDir);”
from GPGSUpdater.cs

Copy google-play-services_lib folder to Plugins/Android folder.

Delete all .aar files from Plugins folder except support-v4-23.1.1.aar.

There’s no need of removing methods from BackgroundResolution.cs nor removing all the .aar files, just follow what it’s here: Crash with Google Admob plugin · Issue #814 · playgameservices/play-games-plugin-for-unity · GitHub
in BackgroundResolution.cs -> AddDependencies() add the following:

   svcSupport.DependOn ("com.google.android.gms",
                "play-services-ads",
                PluginVersion.PlayServicesVersionConstraint);

and in Plugin/Android/GoogleMobileAdsPlugin/AndroidManifest.xmlremove the lines

<activity android:name="com.google.android.gms.ads.AdActivity" ... />
<activity android:name="com.google.android.gms.ads.purchase.InAppPurchaseActivity".../>

That solves the problem and keep all the functionality from updated version of GooglePlayGameServices
