Including Video in a 3D Unity Game?

Am very new to Unity 3D and learning about it. In the course of making a game, can one include my own video footage in it? If so, what format should the video be rendered in before incorporating it into a game?

If you own Unity Pro, you can do that.

Various formats are supported, internally it will be converted to OGG Theora if it is something else though

So let me get this straight: if I include a video, say in mp4 format or Flash, 3D Unity will convert that to OGG Theora for viewing in the game?

Is there any limits on long the video could be?

flash is not supported in any form.

mpeg, mov and avi (win only) are supported for conversion when I remember right.

And nope, no restriction on the length. just keep in mind that it will sit in your application etc.
