Incorrect copy-paste cyrillic in any inspector fields

Hello!
If I print some cyrillic text into any field in inspector - it’s ok. But if I copy and paste text in same field, text turns into some unreadable. Check screens below:

Unity 2019.2.9b
Unfortunatelly, I can’t create issue in bugtracker. I can’t see any possible button sor this.
