Increase var while in trigger zone?

How would I go about increasing a variable while the player is within a trigger-zone with the tag “Warm”?

it’s easy, imagine if your player have a script called “Move.cs” you put the var public exemple public float life = 100;

Create a script in trigger zone

function OnTriggerStay (other : Collider) {
     if(other.gameObject.name=="Player"){
           other.GetComponent<Move>().life+=time.deltaTime;
