INDIE License not avaible for Azerbaijan?

Hi.I am Cavid.This is my question.Why i can't use the Unity3d Indie version.I wait for a server.But it doesn't work.Wait...wait...off...Please tell me how can i found the indie license.My English not good.Sorry.Thanks......

Have you ruled out connection issues? If I'm understanding you correctly, it sounds like you tried to either visit a web page or register from within Unity and your connection timed out.
