industrial plant simulation game

Hi
I want help to guide me who I can build (industrial plant simulation game) in unity
In the game I want to buy:
1-control valve manual
2-control valve auto and connecting the valve with (temperature, pressure, level and flow)

Painted all the designs for this game but I do not know how to make a game that I want
