I want to make this progressbar in unity its should be scrollable and should be flexible it means every chapter can have random questions count
Can some body give me tips what components or script should i use for this progressbar?

what you want to do is use the unity UI components. Take a look at the scroll view with learning what it does and some googling you should be able to get it.
