Infinity Space

I am wanting to make a 3D space game that uses Procedural Content…can Unity DO this I want to make a galaxy where you can fly from one side of it to the other side of it, and anywhere in between…where I can fly from the Planets surface all the way to the next Planet over there and land on its planets surface…any assets that use this?
