Information like the icon and the store game name in my Unity Ads account don’t updates.
For example, when you update your infos about a game in Google Play, the same info in the Unity Ads account don’t update anymore. I still see an old icon and the old and wrong store game name. It could become confusing when you have many games.
I contacted Unity about that and they told me “The icon on the dashboard is purely cosmetic. This does not affect your monetization or any functionality.” … talking about my monetization, it hasn’t changed for months… just a coincidence?
Look to me like an easy problem to fix.
Getting store information is surprisingly challenging, since app stores has various mechanisms to prevent scraping data. However if you click the Look Up Game button again in dashboard, does it refresh then?
And what do you mean by monetization hasn’t changed for months?

Clicking the “Look Up Game” button doesn’t update infos. Since they made some changes a few months ago, some infos are not updated and i suspect the monetization is also affected by these changes, i just hope i’m wrong.
Please contact our support on Technical Support, providing information about the game id and bundle identifier, so we can investigate why we don’t have correct store information.
