.InitializeServer is not a member of Network?

My code below is not compiling because of the following errors:
.InitializeServer is not a member of Network
.HavePublicAddress is not a member of Network

This is essentially form the Unity API for networking so I am confused why I am getting these errors. Any idea?

function initServer() {
Network.InitializeServer(32, 25000, !Network.HavePublicAddress());
MasterServer.RegisterHost(GameName, “King Of The Hill”, “Control the center”);
}
