Input Manager issue when Remote Desktop

Remote Desktop is more important than EVER with the COVID situation.

Our Workflow work 100% amazingly well in UE4 when developing games.

Our Unity project has a major workflow issue with Remote Desktop.

Our unity Version is 2019.4.0f1

When using Remote Desktop from Windows , the input manager does not receive call while playing the game in the Editor.

We use a Xbox 360 controller is it possible to play in the editor with a controller while being remote connected to a PC under Windows remote Desktop and make a way to the input manager in Unity respond to it ?

Any CLEAN solution/workaround ?

The problem is not Remote Desktop , because this workflow works in UE4 out of the box, I suspect the problem is from Unity Input Manager while playing in the Editor.
