Insert a character of 3DS MAX

I have a character created in 3DS Max 2009, I can not enter in my environment Unity. someone help me?

He is following in the Annex.

Hi, tiguilim - welcome to the forum!

Perhaps you could give some more information about your problem. Is the character failing to import, not visible in the scene when you add it… ?
