Inspector Bug: Picker goes away on any click

I have this bug where the inspector’s material picker (or sprite picker or any picker for that matter) has a high change of closing itself when I click in it. (It can even be when I don’t click on a material).
Meaning the material I wanted to choose is not set in the inspector.
Whether it be left or right click, the window will close.

It doesn’t always happen but it very often does, maybe 9 times out of 10.

These are the pickers I’m talking about (this one is the material picker):

If I create a new project this problem does not occur.
But I have a big project so I’m really at a loss… Not sure how I will be able to find this bug.

If anyone has an idea on how to fix this, I’m all ears :slight_smile:

I have deleted all the scripts in the project.
I also deleted the library.

and the bug was still there…

So I created a new project.

And when I have lots of materials in that project (>1000) the material picker sometimes won’t work.

However, it’s still inconsistent because sometimes it works better than other times…
But since it occurs in new projects and that it occurs only when there’s a lot of materials I have to assume it’s a sort of Unity bug.
