Inspector doesn't update automatically

Hey there

I’m new to the community, so first of all: Hello everyone!
I played around with unity for a while and am now moving over to the iPhone version.
Now, I’m having a problem with the unity interface: usually when you click an object or so in the hierarchy or the project folder, the information of the item will show up immediately in the inspector.
But instead i have to choose e.g. my gameobject in the hierarchy and have to refresh the inspector manually to have unity displaying the informations i need to work on. Otherwise the settings of the last selected item will just stay in the inspector view.
I catched myself a few times messing around with some settings until I noticed that i’m working on the wrong object, then had to undoundoundo, go all the way back and start over.
I’m not really shure if I’m missing something or if it’s a bug or whatever.
It’s kind of a time- and nervekiller, so if anyone could lend a helping hand, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Anyone? I’m really stuck here. I’m working with v1.0.3

The same is happening to me. You click on an object and the Inspector doesn’t refresh on Unity iPhone 1.5. It’s very time consuming and annoying to say the least, you are digging through a bunch of very small items and them having to move back to the Inspector window and click on its menu bar to refresh it, is really unnecessary.
Is there anyway we can make it automatic again?
Thanks!

Weirdly, just after I posted my reply, I fussed with the Inspector, and when I switched it from Simple to Full view, it started to refresh automagically.
