Inspector Settings for the Lightmap Texture are ignored (Unity5.3.3f1)

Setting Anisotropic Filtering or Compression affects the lightmap itself but not the lightmap used in the lighting panel. They are the same lightmap (in theory) because you can see the lightmap in the project update after baking. It appears the one used by the lighting tab is a broken instance. Unlike U4 it is impossible to select the lightmap from the lightmap tab (clicking the thumbnail doesn’t do anything)

I’m having this bug occasionally now but usually an editor restart seems to fix it. It may be related to when I choose to not compress lightmaps automatically
