Install failed: Validation Failed

Tried every single solution suggestion available on the forums & internet. but still getting “Validation Error” every time. also tried to download the older version of Unity Hub 2.45, but it dosen’t load it all white. I am on latest unity hub right now. Also i tried downloading manually the unity editor with android module separately, android module is not as per recommeded it says. I tried downloading the recommened android JDK 11.0.14.1 which not available on internet anywhere lol. instead i installed 11.0.14 but still same error.
