Install unity 3.5 next to 3.4?

I want to install unity3.5 next to 3.4 on my macbook pro, but I’m relatively new and don’t know what I need to do. Anyone who could walk me through this a bit would be appreciated.

When installing 3.5 simply choose another install folder than the one thats used for 3.42. Thats all. At least at windows.

Yes, that’s it, I tried it out too, and it works.
