Install Unity hub through CLI

Hi,

I want to install Unity Hub through CLI on Windows, how can I do that?
I can see from this page Using the Unity Hub from the command line | Unity Hub | 3.0 only if we have the Hub already installed. But I want to install it from CLI.

This is not possible. The only option I know of would be to use an already installed package manager like Chocolatey or Scoop.
