Installation failed: Validation Failed (Help needed)

I tried installing the “new” unity hub and installing the latest LTS. how ever i get this error multible times.


I tried to download it multiple times however sometimes it does download the editor but then get problems with the other two files (same error). I have enough space i tried putting it on the C drive D drive and external drive. all same problem
When it downloads the editor and fails the other ones it just keep getting stuck on “Unpacking packages” when making / opening a new project.
internet speed is decent. I googled it up but didn’t find the same problem on any other forums.
When i try to load i use it with HDRP
Also tried using from the archive but get same error as explained above:
