Installation Problem (Unity 3.30f4)

I tried to install Unity 3.30f4 and failed at the same point after many attempts of reinstallations and redownloads.

This is the error:
Extract: error writing to file UnityPlayer_Symbols.pdb

Same problem with 3.5.0f5 version.

I have same problem to with 3.5.0f5. If someone resolve this problem.
