I had Unity and Unity hub installed, but I had an error everytime I tried to open a project so I delete both, but now I am stuck on installing Unity Hub again.
Hi! If your Hub installation gets stuck, it’s likely because there are some leftover files from the previous installation, that were not removed properly. You’re on Windows, right? If that’s the case, please manually delete the %APPDATA%\UnityHub folder and run a registry cleanup utility such as CCleaner. You may want to reboot your computer afterwards. Once this is done, you should be able to reinstall Unity Hub successfully.

I deleted every unity file from the previous setup, run ccleaner, restarted my pc, downloaded a new setup up updated the location, but its still stuck at the same point 
Sorry, I should’ve clarified: you’d need to use the separate Registry Cleanup feature of CCleaner.
man its been hours since I started my unity downloading and its stuck at a point. I had never downloaded it before, it is going to be my first time
