Is it possible to install the provisioning profile via iTunes for Windows or can it only be done in xcode?
I’m not talking about the adhoc version but the developers provisioning profile.

All aspects of iPhone development are strongly tied to the Mac, so I doubt there is any way to do this with Windows.
you can install it through dropping it into the library in itunes … that to my knowledge worked at least on mac and itunes 9.x
But normally you don’t send around dev provisions, they are for developers and in xcode use to install new builds which you can not do on windows anyway
