"INSTANCING_ON" keyword seems to be a big cause of shader variants

I used “Shader Control” to force this off cause I don’t actually use it but i guess i might have ticked it on on some materials for some reason.

Disabling variants with this key word took my cold build from 16 hours to 3 hours. Specifically the lit shader was a big cause.

It might be worth looking into.
