Basically, Intel developed a camera similar to the Xbox Kinect and are looking for developers to submit new ideas of how it can change the way we interact with our computers. They are looking for idea submissions for several categories including games. They award 750 design finalists with their camera and cash prizes up to $100,000 (USD) for category winners.
The competition is separated in two stages. The first stage is design and the second is development. They have a Unity plugin ready to go.
