Interesting issue with beast >> [help plus suggesstions required]

Hello,

I made a scene around 90,000 polygon and added so many point/spot lights in it … then i baked it and exported it to webplayer.

Now whats the point of talk is -

  1. Movement is not smooth as it should have been ?? y so ? because of too many polygons ?? or too many lights ??
i have optimized the scene with the current scenario.

  2. After baking i had a feeling if i disable or delete lights, the scene inside the game panel should look the same coz all the textures are baked now, buttttt i am wrong, if i am baking then why the hell real time lighting is affecting my scene ? i tried this coz i thought that too many lights may be causing the performance not to be smooth.

I want my scene to run smooth everywhere, please guide me where i am wrong

This is how my room looks

Where all of the objects in your scene tagged as static before you baked the lighting with beast? How many draw calls is the scene producing when you run it in the editor with the Stats displayed?

hii, what i am figuring out is point light does not bake , its real time and so many lights in my scene is causing the issue…now i’l be using a cube and will make it self illuminate and bake it…what do u think…did i got things right ?? just for ur info, when i deleted 50 point lights…performance became fine
