Internal Compiler Error

When I attempt to enter play mode, or even attatch a script to something, the following error is displayed.

What do I do about this? Needless to say, I don’t understand what all that means.

Just ignore it
something else on the system accessed the MDB the moment unity tried to write the file in which case it will hit this exception as it can’t access it at the same time

Just restarted unity and it worked!
