Invalid Voucher Codes - Asset Store June Promotion

Dear Sir or Madam.

I consider this issue to be urgent since the time is running out. I have paid a lot of money to take part in the “Asset Store June Promotion”. I earned all five assets. I am within the 30 days, since I received the corresponding e-mails on June, 19th and on June, 26th. I received five voucher codes for the assets but none of the five voucher codes is working on your asset store website, neither the old version nor the new one. All the codes are stated to be “invalid”. I do want all five codes to be redeemed for my account and I am within time by now but the codes you’ve sent me are not working. My billing address is valid and my ticket on your zendesk system has not been answered yet for a day now. Please help.
