So I made the attached blender model and imported it to unity. On blender it is fine but on unity some sides are invisible. It is hard to explain so you can see photos here: Imgur: The magic of the Internet
I also tried exporting it to .obj and .fbx but the same glitch still happened.
Please try importing it for yourselves and tell me whether it bugs out for you too.
I was running Unity 2017.2.0f3 (64-bit) but I updated to the latest version. However the bug is still here.

It’s not a Unity bug, it’s a Blender user issue : )
Your normals (on the invisible panels) are flipped, I don’t know how to use Blender, but you basically need to either flip the problematic normals, or align all the normals so they face the same direction.
But there is another issue, the rear panel of the desk is a single plane, so cannot be facing both directions at once, so although flipping the normals will solve the other invisible panels, for the rear panel you will either need to make it a double-sided plane or simply replace it with a thin box (cube).
